Debra Neal, a current resident of Jerusalem, has 15 years of experience in the hair care industry. Debra is originally from Bakersfield, California, where she trained as a hairstylist after the recession in 2008. In 2014, Debra moved to Israel to continue her career. She has provided hair care to soldiers during the current war and continues to bring beauty and smiles to everyone around her. After October 7th, Arye started a Facebook group called Jerusalem Helping Others, which focuses on volunteering for soldiers and evacuees centered in and around Jerusalem. He participates in such activities weekly, knowing from firsthand experience what is required during wartime.
